Maxie B's News Insider: Whitney and Jen

Now that I have introduced our wonderful and talented decorating trio, Elizabeth, Lisa, and Olivia, I wanted to work my way through our kitchen staff. Today I wanted to share two of our amazing and dedicated bakers, Whitney Echols and Jennifer Bun Fralin, two of our more seasoned veterans. Whitney started working here July of 2004 and actually began her journey with us in the Cafe. After four and half years, she ventured out and started working in the kitchen. Now she juggles many different hats whether she is mixing or making icings, icing cakes, or baking. Jennifer started working here January of 2009 and works alongside Whitney making sure everything gets done. I'm sure these gals have baked or iced at least one of your cakes!

Whitney and Jen!
