This week we had fondant racks full of fruit, garnishes and pieces to create this great cake for a rehearsal dinner tonight in Greensboro. Our team of decorators did an amazing job designing this Bass shaped cake from Almond Pound.
The cake is completely covered in fondant and is definitely a conversation piece. We hope the group that gets to eat it tonight agrees.....have a look at it!
