The shop began in the 80's as a frozen yogurt shop. Over the years, things have changed....with one addition being the introduction of Wow Cow. This yogurt gave our customers a low lactose, low sugar, low calorie and non fat option instead of our normal milk based frozen yogurt.
Unlike our other yogurt flavors that are oh so tasty and delish, the Wow Cow is not a custom concoction of Maxie B's and we feel that it is time for us to replace that with our fresh from the dairy frozen yogurt which is still low fat, but not low lactose or low sugar. We will continue to carry sorbet in the ice cream case if you have a need for something low lactose.
In an effort to support local businesses and keep true to our goal to use the freshest ingredients for our cakes and desserts, we have decided to get back to offering a range of custom made flavors in our frozen yogurt. We will soon be bringing back in flavors like Lemon Cream, Peppermint, Cheesecake, Pumpkin Pie, Apple Cinnamon, Mexican Vanilla, Keylime Pie, Coffee, Banana Pudding, Strawberry, Lemon Poppyseed, Blueberry Muffin, Red Velvet, Coconut, Peanut Butter and so many more flavors that the Triad has grown to love.......and flavors that better represent Maxie B's!
We will plan to have the Wow Cow throughout September, with all of our new flavors made in shop starting permanently in the Fall.
