We get our share of non-traditional wedding cakes requests....and this weekend was the birth of one that live on for years to come.
Erin Martin & Chris McGuinn were married this past weekend in Cape Hatteras. They both share a passion for ECU and wanted that to be a part of their special day.

They had the entire cake covered in geometric patterns using black, purple and yellow fondant.
Handmade blossoms & an amazing 3D ECU topper....WOW!
The mixture of detail that was put into making the blossoms is wonderful. There are multiple layers of petals and all kinds of shapes!
