We are honored and delighted to celebrate Whitney Echols' 5th Anniversary with our shop! Whitney began working for us in 2004 on the dessert cafe side of the business. She quickly learned her way around the shop....and took her role here as a leader and operations expert! She has helped us train so many of our staff members through the years and still does!
Whitney discovered a passion for baking and the "creative" side of the shop when we opened our kitchen next door to the dessert cafe about 2 years ago. She has been working alongside of our bakery gals much of the week and seems to enjoy baking as much as helping our customers create fun cakes for special occasions!
Thank you Whitney for the dedication, loyalty and compassion that you bring to work each day....we are so lucky to have you on our staff!
